Information Needed When Contacting the ICN for Support
Be sure to have the following available when calling in a trouble ticket:
- Location experiencing the problem.
- Customer identification: circuit ID, phone number, 800 number, or account number.
- Description of the problem (i.e: Voice, Data circuit, Internet circuit).
- Customer contact information: 24/7 technical contact name, phone number, email address, and site access hours.

- Contact an Account Consultant.
- Log into the ICN ServiceNow Customer Portal.
- Process your service order in the portal OR email the Request for Service (RFS) document to ICNServiceDesk@iowa.gov.
