Information Needed When Contacting the ICN for Support

Be sure to have the following available when calling in a trouble ticket:

  • Location experiencing the problem.
  • Customer identification: circuit ID, phone number, 800 number, or account number.
  • Description of the problem (i.e: Voice, Data circuit, Internet circuit).
  • Customer contact information: 24/7 technical contact name, phone number, email address, and site access hours.
