The Iowa Communications Network (ICN) is the country's premier distance learning and state government broadband carrier network. The ICN provides high-speed flexible broadband Internet, data, video conferencing, and voice (phone) services to authorized users, under Code of Iowa, which includes: K-12 schools, higher education, hospitals and clinics, state and federal government, National Guard armories, and libraries.

ICN provides SYBAC students an opportunity to discuss broadband and technology with state leaders.
High school students from across Iowa experienced the opportunity on Tuesday to meet with elected officials at the State Capitol to discuss the importance of strong reliable broadband in their daily lives.
Prepping for SYBAC Day 2018
We are preparing for SYBAC Day on February 13. The SYBAC students will meet state government personnel, ICN Leadership, and legislative officials. This is a great opportunity for our SYBAC students to provide their technology perspective to key decision makers.
