What is SYBAC?

The SYBAC has been established by the ICN specifically to engage students on a variety of broadband related topics.  The students meet monthly during the school year with ICN's Acting Executive Director Phil Groner and discuss the importance of true high-speed broadband for the next generation. Discussions have covered a variety of technology issues including cybersecurity, digital devices, broadband dead zones, coding, augmented reality, and encryption.
