A message from ICN’s Network Services Bureau Chief, Ryan Mulhall

October is near and dear to my heart as it brings attention to one of the most critical business functions, cybersecurity! The 2020 version of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month provides the theme of “Do Your Part. #BeCyberSmart.” All of us from individuals to organizations as a whole have a giant role in protecting information. Personal accountability and following proven, best business practices can greatly reduce the risk of cybersecurity incidents and data breaches. I would also like to invite you to our Incident Response Planning Workshop on October 20 and virtually get together to discuss what to do when the inevitable happens and what to do before, during, and after a security incident.
